Review:  Kreetor is one of those titles that end up knocking you out of your seat by appearing to be one thing and then tossing a whole load of something else at you.  In this case, I went in expecting a fantasy themed action title.  That barely scratches the surface - though there is plenty of "scratching" and bleeding to go along with it througout.

No, Kreetor offers a depth of background - hinted at but not overpowering and quality characters.  Of particular note is the innovative design that went into the races in this title.  All of them are themed after animals you might not expect for a title with this much "battle action" at rest on its mantlepiece.

This comic gets off to a great start up through issue 2.  If it keeps this up, it would definitely be a title to keep an eye on for the forseeable future.

Overall: 4 stars.

Review:  I agree with much of what Alex is saying, bur I kind of felt that the title was trying to be too much. I thought for most of the three issues, there just wasn't enough focus on a small set of characters that I could follow.

Another source of frustration was the plight of the bird people that are captured on the cover of book two that we are displaying above.  For these people, this picture pretty much shows the state they are in everytime we see them.  Getting spears rammed through there bodies.  Lets give this race a bit of a rest.

Overall: 3 stars.

The best I can say is that it wasn't horrible.
