Review:  I could go into the plot of issue 2 of Assholes, but it honestly seems to come secondary to the tone of the writing, which is hilarious.  Now, granted, it's a guilty pleasure brand of hilarious, but that doesn't make the laughter any less out loud.

This issue definitely cements in the Kevin Smith connection I started to pick up on in issue 1, but that's by no means a bad thing.  So far, it reads like a good Kevin Smith movie.  It's crude, it's witty, and it's got some very over-the-top plot developments that I'd like to hope no living person has ever lived through, but which make for some damn funny reading.

This isn't going to appeal to everyone, not least of all those who can't laugh at crude one-liners about sex and defecation, but for those who don't mind letting jokes like those evoke a hearty guffaw from time to time, you can't go wrong with this title!
